These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Spontora mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Who we are

The App is provided by Spontora (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can contact us at info@spontora.com.

2. Using the App

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time within the App.

4. Subscriptions and payments

The App may offer paid subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store under your Apple Account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown to you before purchase.

5. Suggestions and third-party content

The App surfaces places, events, and activities using third-party data sources (including Google Maps Platform, Ticketmaster, and Google events search). We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, pricing, or safety of any place, event, or activity suggested. You are responsible for your own decisions and conduct when acting on suggestions. Always use your own judgment.

6. Intellectual property

The App and its content (excluding third-party and user content) are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that suggestions will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on any suggestion provided through it.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
